I am more than your personal trainer. I provide customised plans personally tailored and professionally designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Given my background from bikini competitions to reaching peak performance in competitive sports, and optimising pre and post-natal fitness with a goal of natural delivery, I can provide anything specific to your needs along with holistic advice throughout different stages of your life.

Bridal bootcamp

Bridal goals. It's every woman's dream to look good on the outside and feel great on the inside. Whether it is for your wedding, an anniversary or a special occasion, I've got you covered here having gone through bikini competition prep down to 8% bodyfat and my own wedding

Competition

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and nutrition plans taking into account your health history, any past injuries  and what you want to achieve going forward.

Pre and post-natal

Having a baby doesn't mean you have to deal with 'issues' forever. You CAN get your pre-baby body and fitness back. It starts with pregnancy, and follows through a structured program into post-birth. Whether you want to go the distance for your delivery, minimise damage from carrying your baby, or bounce back into shape in minimal time, I've been through it all and can help.

Nutrition

Diets, diets, diets. I have experimented with them all, and am experienced in providing realistic, balanced plans to suit any health and fitness need. I customise plans to suit your lifestyle and bring longevity - no crashes, but with all the shortcuts to help you maintain healthy habits whilst achieving your busy lifestyle goals.
