Tuna smells?

Tuna smells like cat food sometimes. Yet you know it's a great food choice if you're watching what you eat. For 100g of tuna, it has a very high protein content of 25.5g, zero carbs, negligible fat of 0.8g and 116kcal. Recently in New York I discovered a much more appetizing way of eating it - drained, season with freshly squeezed lemon, pepper and paprika, add the secret ingredients of chopped black olives and pickled capers. The flavors are perfectly balanced, served on a bed of baby spinach and cherry tomatoes with puréed spinach and low fat cottage cheese on the side as a nutritional dressing. *C*
