Time to update your training regime?
Time to update your training routine! If you've been doing the same thing for a while, it's time to shake things up. Lifting, running, jumping, biking, punching, hiking... How about stairs? Those who know me know that I love going around the world running stairs for charity. It is a massively lactic and anaerobic sport. Best thing? It's free and available anytime, anywhere. Find yourself some stairs and get to it. *C*
