Thai beef salad with a Korean twist. All you need is:

1> A bed of lettuce and spinach; 2> Good quality imported thinly-sliced beef slices; 3> Cherry tomatoes, halved; 4> Korean pickled cabbage (Kimchee); 5> Alfalfa sprouts; 6> Olives, pitted, for that extra flavor kick;

Layer everything together, voila! Better than your regular Thai restaurant, and no annoying filler ingredients (raw Spanish onion!)
