Salmon and veg with a twist

Grilled Atlantic Salmon steak with Korean mushrooms, locally-grown organic green Choy Sum, Australian carrots and American celery.


Instructions:

1> Season the Salmon with fresh lemon juice, black pepper and a sprinkle of celery salt; 2> Steam the greens; 3> Dry stir-fry the mushrooms with paprika and a dash of cumin.

Simple and full of goodness, Omega-3, good fats and protein from the fish, iron, vitamins A, B1, B2 and C and fiber from the vegetables. Great low-carb, low-cal and paleo dinner choice.
