Quinoa cookies

Quinoa cookies - I made this recipe up and they are my newest craze. Packed with protein, ALAs, good complex carbs and fiber, when baked into cookies with spices and herbs you can easily portion control. Have a cookie or two for your pre or post work-out fuel. I have previously blogged about the benefits of quinoa as an ancient super grain, so now have you can have it on the run. Combine chopped parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, lemon pepper, chili flakes, and a dash of Himalayan pink salt, roll into balls and flatten to a small patty, bake at 180'c for 30 mins. Voila! *C*
