High protein breakfast

What is in your breakfast today? Instead of getting something processed on your way to work, something out of a box (sugar-loaded cereal) or in a plastic bag (glazed bread rolls), I meal-prep ahead of time. Bring the pre-made egg muffins and quiche with spinach leaves, served with Yogi blueberries-infused green tea. There you have it: eggs for protein, spinach for vitamins, iron and fiber, salmon for omega-3s, washed down with green tea for antioxidants and fat-burning properties. *C*
