Healthy hummus

Hummus, always a favorite party dip. Great to have a tub at work too, to serve vegetable sticks with, as a healthy snack. It really is easy to make: blend 2 cans of drained and rinsed organic chickpeas, 1/3 jar of organic tahini (hulled sesame), 1-2 tsp of crushed garlic, paprika and pink Himalayan salt for taste. If you like, a sprinkle of finely chopped parsley to dress it up with.
