Egg muffins!

My breakfast in the morning: in a hurry, on the ferry! A different kind of muffin top... Healthy bite-size savory egg muffins packed with protein, fiber and Omega-3s, made with spinach, green peppers and flaxseed. Sprinkle with a dash of Maldon sea salt flakes, cracked pepper and paprika. Baked in a non-stick silicon tray, there is no need to grease. *C*
