Chicken + leafy salad (no dressing, just add spices!) with natural almonds, and a fresh carrot/celery/lemon/lime/ginger juice served with soaked black + white chia seeds. I won't have this everyday, because some days I need my grains and complex carbs. But this was a great, low-fat, high-fiber, vitamin-rich meal, and it took me all but 5 minutes. I admit, the juicer was a b!$ch to clean though.
